Lithography Prints

Since taking a lithography course at Michigan State University, I had the opportunity in learning some common aspects of printmaking. I was able to learn the specific printing process that went along with lithography and besides learning how to etch and print, I had coordinate my time carefully and account any possible troubleshooting that may occur along the way. In order to have a successful lithographic print I had to be able to run a couple of test prints before getting to an ideal image. In order to build up my skills, I practiced working with more layer and colors, enduring through the time extensive process with patience.

Through various of my lithography projects, I had to continue with an ongoing theme of my choosing and thus, concluded to represent some of the details of my cultural influences. La Vida es Bella, Corazon, and Ven a Bailar demonstrate ideas and reflect aspects of who I am.
